Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 June 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:
"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Cacho (IP No. 11012 ) of Parker Andrews, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
