"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar (IP No. 15590 ) of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH and Asher Miller (IP No. 9251 ) of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
