Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 12 June 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James David Robinson (IP No. 16092 ) and Paul Howard Finn (IP No. 5367 ) both of Finn Associates, Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
