A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 04337250) of Timberly, South Street, Axminster, EX13 5AD presented on 25 May 2017 by TESS (TIMESHARE EXIT AND SUPPORT SERVICES) of Coniston House, 3 Beach Road, St Annes Lancashire, FY8 2NR (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Law Courts, Petters Way, Yeovil, Somerset, BA20 1SW
