Returns Policy

Everything in the Honoria shop is a personalised product, created to order. Each item is made specifically for you once you place your order, using the names, dates and details you provide.
No returns or exchanges
Because every item is bespoke and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. Please check your personalisation carefully, including spelling and dates, before you confirm your order.
Your cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised. As all of our products are personalised and produced to order, this exemption applies to your purchase.
Faulty or damaged items
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photograph of the issue. Where an item is faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
