The Overseas Territories Police and Fire Service Medal recognises dedication and distinguished service in Overseas Territories. It was established in 1938 by King George VI, and is conferred by the British Crown.

Candidates are put forward through local government or service nomination, assessed by the overseas Territories honours committee and approved by the Sovereign. Appointments are announced in the Territory honours lists. Recipients are invested at a royal ceremony.
